Ben has over 12 years experience in IT, speech and telco domains. Prior starting nexiwave, Ben worked at IBM for seven years with roles such as System Architect and senior IT Specialist. Prior IBM, Ben was the key founding member of a fast growing Tech start-up. The software that Ben wrote 10 years ago still makes 10% of the company revenue. Ben has 4 provisional patents in speech, web and telecommunication domain.
Ben has a Master degree in Engineering and Management from MIT.

Prior co-founding nexiwave, Nick has already been working in mathematics and speech recognition for over 11 years. Nick also holds advanced positions at the Academy of Science Research Institute. Nick has published various articles in speech processing and wild popular among the speech community. Nickolay is the chief support ;) and maintainer of CMU Sphinx Speech system.
Nick has a Master and PhD degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Moscow State University.

Eric has been in technology and telecommunications
sales for over 15 years. Prior joining nexiwave, Eric was VP of Sales for
a Telecommunications company, and he has worked in sales leadership roles for
various firms in business development with customers such as CSC and AT&T.
Eric has a MBA from Eastern University.
Eugene Chang, Senior Product Advisor

Eugene Chang has over 30 years
developing and bringing high technology products to market. As an engineer at a
research company, he was quickly dissatisfied in building 10 or 100 units to
demonstrate new research results. His passion is to see mass adoption of new
technology. Since the first company, he has worked at a series of small
companies bringing new technology to market. Some of these projects shaped new
standards as part of the evolution from proprietary technology to market
standard (ANSI/ITU, IEEE802.11, Trusted Computing Group/TNC, Wi-Fi Alliance).
He has travelled widely and has spoken at many conferences shaping how the
market views the technology of his products. He is recognized as an expert in
networking, security, Wi-Fi, and other wireless solutions. Through an
acquisition, he was last a member of Cisco's CTO Group supporting
the Wireless and Security Technology Group where he contributed to product
architectures, reviewed proposals for new solutions, was a member of the patent
committee, and represented Cisco at the IETF and the Wi-Fi Alliance. He is
now consulting and working on several startup projects.
