  • Name: a display name for the new Sub-Tenant.
  • Email: a valid email for the new Sub-Tenant. (This is also the login username for the Sub-Tenant's Nexiwave account.)
  • Number of Licenses: the number of licenses that you have allocated for the Sub-Tenant.

Once added, don't forget to send this quick guide to the Sub-Tenant.

Number of Licenses also controls the max number of Sub-Accounts that the Sub-Tenant can create.

Besides having the Sub-Tenant admin to log in to manage their account, you can also act as your Sub-Tenant.

Click "Impersonate As" to log into the Sub-Tenant's account (place mark 4 in screenshot).

After finish, use "Setting" menu -> "Restore As" to go back to your own account.

Remove a Sub-Tenant

Click "Disconnect" in the Sub-Tenants page to remove a Sub-Tenant.

Share Nexiwave Voicemail Transcription service among your Microsoft365 mailboxes.

Use Case

Suppose your organization has 1000 Microsoft365 mailboxes, but many are meeting room or group mailboxes, and you really only have 200 employees. You can purchase 200 Nexiwave Float Licenses and share among your 1000 Microsoft365 mailboxes. Each day, Nexiwave will allow up to 200 mailboxes to use Nexiwave Voicemail Transcription service.

Pre-requisite

  • You are using Microsoft365 as your email service provider.
  • You have signed up a Nexiwave subscription plan.

How

  1. Log into your Nexiwave account and go to Nexiwave Microsoft365 page.
  2. Authorize the Nexiwave Microsoft365 App (if not yet done).
  3. Configure the number of Float Licenses in "Step 2: Float License" section.

Q & A

  • How much does it cost? Each float license costs the same as a regular Pay-By-Mailbox pricing.
  • How long will each float license be reserved? Each user will automatically reserve a float license for a day.
  • Do I still need to add our mailboxes in the Sub-Accounts section? Comparing to Float License, Sub-Accounts represent "reserved" licenses, eg, mailboxes listed in Sub-Accounts do not need to compete for a Float license. So, you do NOT need to add them in the Sub-Accounts, unless:
    • you want certain mailboxes to always have Nexiwave serive enabled (such as high volume help desk mailboxes);
    • or, the mailbox is not hosted by Microsoft365;
  • Why Nexiwave service does not work for some of our mailboxes? Some possible reasons:
    • The mailboxes are not hosted by Microsoft365.
    • The mailboxes are Microsoft365 group alias email.
The solution would be: Add them in the Sub-Accounts page and configure to forward their voicemails sent to their Nexiwave custom email addresses.

Portal Log In

To log in, please do:
  1. Click "Log in" at top-right corner of this page.
  2. Use your email address as username.
  3. Request Login Link.

Service Enablement

Two steps are needed to enroll an user to the service:

  1. (in Nexiwave) Add as Sub-Account: after logged in, please visit "Sub-Accounts" page (link at top-left corner) to add user's email as a Sub-Account. Each Sub-Account will be provided with a unique Nexiwave custom email address
  2. (in phone system) Use as Voicemail Email Address: please use the Nexiwave custom email address provided in step above as the user's voicemail email address.

Nexiwave will now accept any voicemail emais sent to the Nexiwave custom email address, transcribe any attached audio and send transcription email to the end user.

How much does it cost?

Nexiwave offers serveral overage purchase plans. You can choose the pricing plan in your Nexiwave's Subscription page (see "Current Plan" section -> Overage Purchases).

I don't like it. How can I turn it off?

You can easily turn it off in your Nexiwave's Subscription page (see "Current Plan" section -> Overage Purchases).

If turned off, will we still receive the voicemail emails?

When overage purchase is turned off, Nexiwave will still send voicemail emails to you, except the transcription field just contains "Voicemail transcription limit reached ...", with the audio file attached. You can still listen the attached audio file for the voicemail.
