Sub-Tenants are separate, yet fully functional, Nexiwave Enterprise accounts.
Once logged in, Please visit Sub-Tenants for any Sub-Tenants related functions (Settings menu -> Sub-Tenants).

To add a new Sub-Tenant, please use the "Add New Sub-Tenant" section (place mark 2 in the screenshot), with these information:
Once added, don't forget to send this quick guide to the Sub-Tenant.
To change the number of licenses allocated for a Sub-Tenant, click the current Number of Licenses and type in a new number (place mark 3 in the screenshot).
Number of Licenses also controls the max number of Sub-Accounts that the Sub-Tenant can create.
Besides having the Sub-Tenant admin to log in to manage their account, you can also act as your Sub-Tenant.
Click "Impersonate As" to log into the Sub-Tenant's account (place mark 4 in screenshot).
After finish, use "Setting" menu -> "Restore As" to go back to your own account.
Click "Disconnect" in the Sub-Tenants page to remove a Sub-Tenant.

Share Nexiwave Voicemail Transcription service among your Microsoft365 mailboxes.
Suppose your organization has 1000 Microsoft365 mailboxes, but many are meeting room or group mailboxes, and you really only have 200 employees. You can purchase 200 Nexiwave Float Licenses and share among your 1000 Microsoft365 mailboxes. Each day, Nexiwave will allow up to 200 mailboxes to use Nexiwave Voicemail Transcription service.
Two steps are needed to enroll an user to the service:
Nexiwave will now accept any voicemail emais sent to the Nexiwave custom email address, transcribe any attached audio and send transcription email to the end user.
Nexiwave offers serveral overage purchase plans. You can choose the pricing plan in your Nexiwave's Subscription page (see "Current Plan" section -> Overage Purchases).
You can easily turn it off in your Nexiwave's Subscription page (see "Current Plan" section -> Overage Purchases).
When overage purchase is turned off, Nexiwave will still send voicemail emails to you, except the transcription field just contains "Voicemail transcription limit reached ...", with the audio file attached. You can still listen the attached audio file for the voicemail.
