Expect the unexpected. Instead of assuming all voicemails in a mailbox to be English, Nexiwave supports automatic language identification, transcription and translation of all major North American languages: English, Spanish and French.

Features:

  • Automatic Language Identification: audio language is automatically identified.
  • Automatic Voicemail Transcription: voicemail audio is then automatically transcribed into text according to the identified language.
  • Automatic Text Translation: none-English transcript is also automatically translated into English and inserted to the transcript email.
  • Per-Domain Based Enablement: not all users will receive Spanish/French voicemails, Nexiwave can enable these language support on a per email domain based, so only selected Sub-Accounts will have these additional language support.
